- To co-create recruitment and clinical information materials for patients/participants.
- To determine meaningful outcomes, interpret findings, and co-develop knowledge translation approaches.

Opportunity Overview
- Participate in a virtual group discussion to provide context to research results, identify gaps, and suggest new research questions.
- Open to patients and family members from the Maritime provinces.
- Seeking patients who have had an eye condition or seen an ophthalmologist within the last 2 years.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in a virtual training workshop and focus group.
- Engage in discussions with other patient advisors.
- Collaborate regularly with the research team.
We are seeking patient advisors that are committed to and respect diverse perspectives. We aim to create and support an environment based on equality, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
Time Commitment
Participation in virtual training workshop (approximately 8 hours) and regularly attend 2-4 group meetings per year. Participation is entirely voluntary and you can leave the group at any time.
Compensation
A $25 per hour honorarium will be provided for your time and expertise.
